Delete your PayPilot account
Account deletion is available inside the app. Use the request route below only if you cannot access the app.
Delete from inside the app
Open PayPilot and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm the warning and complete any sign-in reauthentication requested by your provider.
The current app flow removes your synced Firestore documents, wrapped data key, account document, local finance tables, local settings, and Firebase Authentication account. Scheduled local reminders are cancelled when the session closes.
Can’t access the app?
Send a request to appgenieteam@gmail.com with the subject “PayPilot account deletion request”. Send it from the account address used for PayPilot and include only the minimum information needed to identify it.
Never include your password, one-time code, recovery code, or full payment-card number. We may need to verify ownership before acting.
What deletion means
- Active account access is removed.
- Synced PayPilot records and the account’s Firestore encryption-key record are scheduled for deletion.
- Local app records and settings are cleared by the account-close flow.
- Some backup, security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may remain temporarily and are then deleted or de-identified.
Deletion is intended to be permanent. Export anything you need before confirming. If the app is offline, allow it to reconnect so cloud deletion can complete.
Deletion requests are normally processed within one week after account ownership is verified. Never send passwords or sign-in codes by email.
