PayPilot1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and AppGenie (“PayPilot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using PayPilot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PayPilot is a personal organization tool for expenses, subscriptions, payment methods, loans, repayments, and reminders. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. PayPilot does not move money, hold funds, connect to your bank, issue credit, or provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your device and credentials, and reporting unauthorized access. Sign-in may be available through email/password, Google, or Apple. You may not share access, impersonate another person, or create an account for unlawful purposes.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You give PayPilot the limited permissions needed to store, encrypt, sync, display, and back up that content to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to enter it.
Keep independent records of information that matters to you. PayPilot is not a replacement for statements, receipts, or official financial records.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, upload malicious code, access another user’s data, reverse-engineer the app except where law permits, or use PayPilot to violate law or another person’s privacy.
6. Availability and third parties
We aim to keep PayPilot available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or events outside our control. Google, Apple, Firebase, app stores, and device operating systems may have separate terms.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayPilot is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that calculations, reminders, sync, exchange-rate information, imported data, or records will always be complete, accurate, timely, or uninterrupted. Review important information before acting on it.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppGenie will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of PayPilot. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. This limitation is subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PayPilot at any time and can request account deletion through the app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or service changes.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required.
